Steve was positive he was blushing as he heard the moans Bucky let out the moan. It was positively indecent. And the use of his old nickname; he hadn't heard Bucky use it again after that one time in the pillow fort in their apartment. At least this time if Bucky asked about the colour of his face he can pass it off as something caused by the heat of the water they are standing under. He continued cleaning long after Bucky was clean, until the man pulled away himself and he turned to offer Bucky his own back for scrubbing.

It felt excellent, having his back worked over like this. Next time, Steve thought, they might take advantage of the Jacuzzi bath for a long soak afterwards. He'd been told it's great for sore muscles and for relaxing. He shivered as Bucky's fingertips brushed over the bruises and turned his head to look back Bucky's concerned face. "You did, remember. Earlier on the plane, when you hugged me. You were so relieved to see me I guess you forgot your own strength." He reached around to touch one of the bruises lightly. It looked kind of bad right now, but with his healing as it is they'll be mostly gone within two days. "It's alright Bucky. You give me worse sometimes during our spars."
