Seeing the way Bucky radiated enjoyment and relaxation was why Steve indulged this with his friend. While he hoped that Bucky would eventually find other hobbies to enjoy, this play was good too. And despite the fact he liked seeing the smugness Bucky oozed when he one (he liked it when Bucky openly showed his emotions instead of hiding behind the blank emotionless mask of the Winter Soldier), he was competitive enough to try his best to win their little games.

Steve made a grab for the edges of the blanket as he went down backwards again and tried to wrap the blanket around Bucky, using it as an impromptu binding to force Bucky's arms against his body when his friends hands went groping for his to try to pin him down again. He may be on the bottom spot again but that didn't mean he'd lost yet.
