Someday when Bucky finally felt comfortable with himself to step out of the shadows he'll still be there. Perhaps then he'll be able to make himself let go a little. He will miss the cuddling though perhaps he will still be able to feed Bucky occasionally. "You're fine now but I'm bigger and heavier than you are, Bucky." Steve answered, a note of concern in his voice but he stays perfectly still on top of Bucky as ordered, trying to give Bucky the closeness he wants but not drop his entire weight on Bucky's body.

Steve wasn't built for covert operations but Hydra hunting wouldn't be entirely one and the rest he can learn how to deal with on the fly. He knows Bucky will cover the rest. "That's easy enough.
