It wasn't that be objected to feeling good and sex definitely felt good if done right. It wasn't that he didn't want it. Despite the 'love-em-and-leave-em' and the 'not-my--problem' attitude many people have in this modern world have towards sex it simply wasn't Steve's way, not to mention he knows there are always consequences and after-effects even if they didn't acknowledge them. Steve was rather afraid that Bucky doesn't understand the consequences and he was at a loss to explain it. It wasn't like he could ask someone else to explain either; Sam already looks him him oddly when it comes to him and Bucky and he shies away from the idea of asking Natasha. The rest of the Avengers doesn't seem right either.

He hum an agreement in response to Bucky's comment, not catching the small smile on Bucky's face as his attention was on the movie. There wasn't anything irritating his skin now that the offending boxers were off, Bucky plus the blanket radiating enough heat to be comfortably warm, toasty even, and none of his body's many medical issues were bothering him right now. "We used to watch something like this in the theatres years and years ago." He murmured almost dreamily.
