It might not be the same type of friendship Steve himself had with the rest of his team but Steve thought Bucky was getting there, in his own way. It was certainly better standoffish, awkward interactions in the beginning, or outright avoidance. He hummed a little, thinking about how to best phrase his answer to Bucky. "It's...different for everyone. Do you trust them? Spend time with them? And is spending time with them enjoyable no matter how short or long it is? That's a starting point."
The movie that was still playing in the tv was completely forgotten now, just background noise as Steve let out a moan of pleasure his back was massaged again and a hand rubbed against his scalp. "It's nice." He agreed belatedly in a mumble, eyes sliding shut as he pressed against Bucky feeling completely boneless.
