The other Avengers might have started off trusting Bucky out around the field and in the Tower at the beginning because of Steve but he knew that now that there were some genuine trust and respect for Bucky by them. "Not every friendship is the same...what I have with Natasha is different from what I have with Thor for example." And what he had with Bucky right now was entirely unique and still changing. "I know you don't. And it's okay. I don't mind my friends all in a group together but it's a different story with big groups of strangers." He might know now how to play to an audience of strangers but it didn't mean he liked it.
