Bucky's attention was usually focused only on him, Steve knew, and he did worry sometimes this wasn't healthy. And this was why he often encouraged Bucky to join him as often as possible whenever the Avengers gathered socially. They were the most open-minded people he knew and they understood Bucky's background and so when not to push something. "Yeah...it's a good start from there. I know they're loud but not all of them or every time." Though he had to admit when they were altogether in the same place it did tend to get boisterous.
