The nuzzling was very nice as was the hands stroking his firmly up and down his back and he wouldn't object Bucky repeating it later on. He rubbed his cheek against Bucky's chest, continuing to try to breath easy and deep, nodding in response to Bucky's question before adding a raspy verbal response. "Of course. You're the only one left now...that knows that old nickname." Not even Peggy knew it, due to the fact they'd met as adults.
Steve coughed some more in between more wheezing, trying not to dig his elbows into Bucky's body as his own shifted in response to the coughing. "I'm...fine..." Of course Bucky didn't understood the inadvertent pun he'd just made. They'll probably have to talk about the actual sex later (and it'll probably be just as awkward as the first time) but now he just wants to let his body recover.
