Steve took one deep breathe tentatively, followed by a second, happy to discovered that while his chest still burned a bit, it didn't feel like he was going to go through another asthma attack. He leaned into the hand at his back, humming softly in contentment at the soothing touches to his body as they took the two steps to the shower. Bucky wasn't going to let him fall, he knew to trust that.

"There's going to be some rules first." He answered distractedly as Bucky tested the water and he took off the dirty shirt and dropped it to the ground, making a mental note to clean up tomorrow. He muttered a soft word of thanks as he got into the shower. The water was colder than he liked but it also served to wake him up a bit form his near-sleep state as he began to scrub himself clean perfunctorily.
