Bucky liked sex but he could tell it was more the touching and close contact his friend liked more. Steve could understand why, he didn't think HYDRA would have touched Bucky in any positive way and indeed, probably went out of their way to discourage any sign of affection towards their 'asset'. It always made Steve angry to think of it. And now that things were different, he had every intention to offer Bucky as much as positive close contact as much as he could. It was no hardship to him at all, especially when Bucky made lovely encouraging noises back at him.
