It had been as spur of the moment thing; Steve wasn't in the habit of naming people against their wishes, even if they couldn't remember their original. He's not entirely sure where the name came from, but it felt right, especially when Bucky tried it out for himself out loud. Names were important; they need to suit the owner or it'll feel wrong every time it left his mouth.
